Shipping Policy

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and abroad. Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take 3–5 business days for your order to ship, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.


Domestic Shipping

All items are shipped within 3–5 business days of your order date.

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Once your payment has been processed and verified, your order will be shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and uses correct abbreviations. We are not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. We encourage you to include your email address for any important order updates.

If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit (in the form of an e-gift card) for the price of the item(s), excluding shipping charges.


International Shipping

Delivery times vary by location.

We ship internationally via USPS and/or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Prices are listed in USD and are charged in USD. We do not provide currency conversion — your bank will convert your payment using the current rate at the time of your order.

All customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we declare the full value of your order on the package.


Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, shipping method, and destination.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Tracking

Tracking information is sent automatically to the email you provide at checkout. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from New Life Birth Services, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us. These charges will be deducted from any credit issued.


Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. New Life Birth Services is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not offer refunds or credits in these cases.


Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed through our secure payment system and sent to fulfillment as soon as they are placed.

  • If you cancel your order before it has shipped, a 15% cancellation fee plus $1.50 processing fee will apply.
  • If you cancel after it has shipped, a 15% cancellation fee, $1.50 processing fee, and any shipping costs will apply.

Refund Policy on Digital Products

Digital product purchases are non-refundable. Since digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are not permitted. If you experience an issue with your digital order, please contact us so we can assist you.
