Digital Product License Agreement

This Digital Product License (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “You,” or “Customer”) and New Life Birth Services, doing business as Joyful Birth Wisdom (“we,” “our,” or “us”), governing the use of any digital product purchased from our store (e.g., downloadable guides, PDFs, eBooks, audio files).

By purchasing or downloading a digital product from JoyfulBirthWisdom.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the digital product for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

  • Download and store the product on your personal device(s)
  • Print or annotate for personal reference

You may not:

  • Share, resell, distribute, or reproduce the product
  • Upload or publish the content to any website, cloud-based platform, or third-party service
  • Claim the product as your own work

2. Ownership and Copyright

All digital products are the intellectual property of New Life Birth Services / Joyful Birth Wisdom. Products are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

3. Modifications and Derivative Works

You may not alter, remix, adapt, or create derivative works based on any digital product without prior written consent.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Please contact us if you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase.

5. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the product.
