Return or Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Joyful Birth Wisdom, operated by New Life Birth Services. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide clear, fair policies for returns and refunds.


Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returned products are subject to a 50% restocking fee due to their unsellable nature once returned.
  • Digital products, such as eBooks or downloadable guides, are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Do not send your purchase back without contacting us first to confirm the return process.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Send you an email confirming we have received your returned item.
  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 48 hours.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed through our secure payment processor and sent for fulfillment as soon as they are placed.

  • If you cancel your order before it has shipped: a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee will be applied.
  • If you cancel your order after it has shipped: a 15% cancellation fee, $1.50 processing fee, and applicable Shipping & Handling fees will be applied.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur)
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Unused Discount Codes

Our system does not allow refunds or retroactive discounts for unused discount codes.

Once an order is placed, pricing is locked in to ensure smooth, automated order fulfillment. This policy ensures fairness and minimizes disruption in our operations.
